Interesting facts about me
When I think of Pentecostal, my mind goes to the upper room where the disciples gathered. Now when I think of Apostolic, this scripture comes to my mind. Matthew 7:7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. When we are filled with the Holy Ghost our words become the oracles of God. We are full fledge Ambassadors, fully repented, baptized in His name and filled with the Holy Ghost with evidence of speaking in tongues and the ability to continue to speak in tongues at will, as the Spirit leads us. Ask anything in His name and He is more than willing to give it to us than we are to receive. Seek for gifts of the Spirit and again He is right there. Knock and the door to all that we ask and seek will be opened to us. Especially Healing for those that are sick, He stands at the door to Heal when we knock. When sinners come to repent Jesus is standing there to save. So this is Apostolic at it's best, seeing God move and letting His presence be among us and in us. Not through some ritualistic ceremony and repeating the trinity, sprinkle etc, Also not through creeds, tenants, organization, but through the name of Jesus. It is through this name all knees will bow and every tongue will confess too. There is no other name under heaven whereby we can be saved. Acts second chapter thirty eight verse, Peter made it clear what one must do to be saved. Repent, be Baptized and be filled with the Holy Ghost. Peter said do this in the name of Jesus. Apostolic is Apostolic any way you want to cut it. It still boils down to one way and one God. Jesus was that one God and was made flesh John One Fourteen. Being Apostolic will set you on fire. Brother Johnny, you hit the nail on the head. Every day I need that food from God. Someone some where will step in front of me because God has sent them. Whether for God allowing me to be used or maybe I am having a bad day. God does things in my life that I do not see at this time. Yet the things that I do see are great. From the small miracle to the one that is so huge you can't not see it all.

The word ritualistic caught my eye. That is one thing the Apostolic Pentecostal isn't. Yes we pray for people and yes we lay hands on people but only by Gods will. Yes I know that not everyone calling themselves Apostolic Pentecostal is such. One thing about God's judgment is there will be people using the name of Jesus Christ and God will not know them. Casting them into outer darkness.

I look at the World and see so much hate, greed, lust, murder and etc.......... Jesus must cry a lot for the lost. If only every one in the United States would turn to God. What the rest of the world would see.

I can't wait to see the person with aids healing in front of me as Jesus is using this servant. I can't wait to see revival. Our Church will be over flowing for people trying to get to that alter. Preaching in the street to people who can't get in. Jesus filling any who want Him with the Holy Ghost. Baptizing around the clock. Jesus out pouring His Spirit upon all flesh. Churches changing their doctrine. satan losing his strong hold. satan has run a muck to long. I can't wait until Jesus puts the devil in his place. wahoooooooooooooooooo! God is Great!
